The Grave Oreo Velvet

Today i have made a succeeded cupcake, yaay! because the cake is raise good and not sodden, this cupcakes named The Grave Oreo Velvet. The Oreo above looks like a gravestone, and the cake is red velvet mix with Oreo crumbled.

1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon and 1-3/4 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons amd 1/2 teaspoon butter
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 eggs
3 tablespoons and 1/2 teaspoon sour cream
1 tablespoon and 1-3/4 teaspoons milk
Red food color
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cream cheese frosting:
8 ounce cream cheese
1/2 cup whipped cream
1-1/2 teaspoons butter
1-1/4 teaspoons sour cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
16 ounce confectioners' sugar

*How to:
1. Preheat oven to 180ÂșC. Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl.
2. Beat butter and sugar with electric mixer on high speed until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, mix in sour cream, milk, food color, and vanilla.
3. Gradually beat in flour mixture on low speed until just blended. Don't overbeat! spoon batter into paper-lined muffin cups, filling each cup 2/3 full.
4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into cupcake comes out clean. Cool in pans wire rack minutes. Remove from pans, cool completely.
5. Frosting: Beat cream cheese, softened, butter, sour cream, whipped cream, vanilla extract in large bowl until light and fluffy. Gradually beat confectioners' sugar until smooth. And... Read to frosted!
